Refund policy

you have 30 days from delivery to return a piece. it should be unused and in its original packaging.

to start a return
email hey@lazyjamie.com with your order number. we'll reply with where and how to send it. returns sent back without asking us first can't be accepted.

final sale
engraved and personalized pieces are made for you, so they are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. the same goes for special orders, anything marked final sale, and gift cards.

return shipping
return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges aren't refunded. please pack your return well so it arrives safely.

damaged or incorrect
if a piece arrives damaged, or it isn't what you ordered, email hey@lazyjamie.com with your order number and a photo. we'll make it right, at our cost.

exchanges
the quickest way is to return the piece you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

refunds
we'll email you once your return has arrived and been checked. approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. your bank may take a little longer to post it.
